In this issue, we would like to introduce some Hakata soul food that has been attracting attention in recent years, and which warms the heart.
 
◆"Takiki-gyoza" is a perfect dish for cold days! ◆
～Good for drinking
When you think of Hakata, many people probably think of gyoza (dumplings).
Hakata's gyoza is especially famous for [bite-sized gyoza] and [iron pot gyoza].
Other types of gyoza include "cooked dumplings," which have been attracting attention in recent years.
For example, sui-gyoza is boiled in hot water and eaten with soy sauce, etc,
Cooked gyoza will be cooked with gyoza in tonkotsu (pork bone) soup.
Our "Hakata Takki Gyoza" (Hakata cooked gyoza) 968 yen (tax included) is made by wrapping gyoza seeds in wontons,
The pork is cooked in our homemade pork bone broth.
A perfect dish for a cold day, with rich tonkotsu (pork bone) soup and gyoza (dumplings)!
It is also ideal for those who cannot eat as large a portion as a hot pot, but still want a hot meal.

One of our specialties is the vegetable roll skewer.
